Singing Mamas
Henfield

with Laura
I am really excited to be delivering a Singing Mamas Community Group in Henfield, West Sussex.
Singing Mamas is a national network of singing groups for women of all ages. Singing Mamas supports womens wellbeing by bringing women together in singing, connection and community, with particular focus on supporting perinatal mental health.
Bring your Mums, your Grannies, your Aunties, your Bumps and Babies, or come along on your own. All women are welcome to join this friendly, supportive circle. This is a group for YOU first, babies are most welcome and will really benefit too by listening to you sing and soaking up the fabulous sounds within the circle.
Toys are provided for your baby, and you are of course able to meet your babies needs however is needed throughout the session. Often babies will calm and relax as we get singing, and as they explore their world inside the singing circle.
We sing for 1hr and then have the chance for a cup of tea, a biscuit and a catch up.
(Not compulsory, but included if you'd like to stay)
The Henfield group runs on a Thursday morning from 10.30 - 12.00
The Henfield Hall, Coopers Way, Henfield.
£7 per session paid in advance by the block
